What to expect
The workshops take place in our converted barn in East Sussex located in an area of outstanding natural beauty about half way between Eastbourne and Tunbridge Wells. The workshops are a great chance to update your skills or learn new ones whilst tucking into some lovely food. You’ll meet like-minded people or have the opportunity to spend time with your own friends. All ingredients are included in the price and aprons are provided if needed. 3 or 4 dishes will be prepared which you will be able to enjoy during your visit.
Our workshops are designed to be informal and intimate so are restricted to a maximum of 4 people. We offer 4 different course options to choose from that will change from season to season - see our diary of upcoming dates.
Both morning and afternoon sessions last for 4 hours and your day will start with a welcome coffee or tea served with cake or biscuits giving the opportunity to get to know other attendees (if you have not already met).
Everything takes place in our own kitchen, where we are fortunate to cook on an Aga. Laminated copies of all recipes will be given to you to take home and will include cooking instructions for Aga and conventional ovens.
There is ample free parking on site and directions will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.
